Support the Unit Manager to ensure safe, positive client care by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery. Provide direct patient care and deliver mentorship to new and student nurses in the unit. Lead comprehensive and safe patient care aligned to clinical quality standards, manage the client experience, optimize staffing resources, support staff competence through continuous development, and assist with operational expense management (including stock and capital).
