Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end project administration support, partnering with project managers and teams across project setup, reporting, documentation, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • •Coordinate office operations and facilities, including reception, office supplies, kitchen and facilities management, vehicle/equipment bookings, accommodation, and building compliance.
  • •Support project financial administration, including invoice preparation, revenue tracking, subcontractor coordination, timesheet reconciliation, and monitoring project financial performance.
  • •Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder activities, including meeting room bookings, catering, industry events, team functions, agendas, minutes, and visitor management.
  • •Deliver high-quality administrative and business support including document preparation/formatting, tender submissions, marketing initiatives, compliance activities, IT coordination, and maintaining accurate records and systems.
