Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end treatment design (fluid volume/concentration, carrier fluid, injection rate, pressure limits, shut-in, and flowback strategy) and translate lab and field inputs into recommendations.
  • •Own field deployment protocol, supervise treatments on location, interpret real-time data, and lead post-job evaluation.
  • •Design placement and diversion strategies for coverage across the treated interval and select appropriate delivery mode per well.
  • •Build formation screening criteria to determine which formations and basins the product serves, supporting basin expansion.
  • •Lead the Applications team and roadmap, evaluating and developing new oilfield applications for the chemical platform while collaborating with Growth and Bioprocess teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •BS with 15+ or MS with 10+ years in stimulation, completions, or production enhancement, with personal end-to-end ownership of treatment designs and outcomes.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience designing and executing stimulation or acidizing treatments across multiple basins.
  • •Technical depth in matrix acidizing, reaction kinetics, placement and diversion, and precipitation and formation damage.
  • •Experience leading, building or mentoring technical teams, or clear readiness to lead and build one.
