Job Summary

Join Talos as a Client Onboarding Specialist responsible for end-to-end onboarding of exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional clients. Lead technical integrations (APIs, FIX, REST/JSON), coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and external stakeholders, and ensure timely production deployment of Talos’ trading infrastructure in a hybrid, globally distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment.
•Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
•Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
•Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
•Configure and validate client environments across Talos’ modular trading and portfolio systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.

•Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments.
•Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
