Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and maintenance of the project master schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • •Develop detailed project plans from the Master Schedule in Oracle Primavera P6, managing task lists, logic, milestones, and resources through project close-out.
  • •Monitor trends and analyze schedule impacts, establish and maintain the critical path, and adjust the schedule while reporting discrepancies against the baseline.
  • •Calculate and manage Earned Value KPIs and progress tracking with S-curves, producing status and plan-vs-actual reporting inputs.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS), coordinate progress tracking with the GC and relevant stakeholders, and support plan/forecast mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling, with large-scale or mission-critical projects.
  • •Expertise in ORACLE Primavera P6 / Primavera (P6), including building detailed project plans from the Master Schedule.
  • •Strong project planning, scheduling, and project execution experience, including earned value KPIs and progress tracking with S-curves.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with experience presenting to stakeholders and clients.
  • •Degrees and/or professional licenses in Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Production Engineering, plus advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
