Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations.
•Provide solution architecture guidance, best practices, optimization strategies, and support for designing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex cloud environments.
•Collaborate with customers on migration, deployment, and expansion projects, including tracking progress and delivering on-time updates to stakeholders.
•Conduct workshops, trainings, technical reviews, and health checks to ensure optimal performance and adoption.
•Stay up-to-date with cloud and AI/ML technologies and contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and industry insight articles.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
•At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer.
•Strong product understanding of cloud concepts such as IaaS, VPC, and load balancing.
•Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native/Kubernetes and related operations such as Prometheus and CI/CD.
•Experience with data and AI/ML platforms (SQL, mySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, data warehousing/datalakes, ETL/ELT, Hadoop/Spark, and MLOps/LLMs).
