Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist management in employee placement, assessment of controls, gathering information, maintaining quality standards, and production communication with written records.
  • •Assist employees by administering short breaks and maintaining the work area and communications concerning production.
  • •Train and retrain employees, promoting job rotation, and build line speed and confidence.
  • •Explain and demonstrate job skills, allowing employees to try the new job and repeat steps until comfortable.
  • •Train employees in company policies and procedures and support job rotation and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.8 - 20.6 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience in case ready department positions.
  • •Must be willing to work all hours scheduled.
  • •Must not have more than 3.5 attendance points (will be demoted if 3.5 is exceeded).
  • •No disciplinary write-ups in the past 6 months.
  • •Bilingual desired and must be capable of performing simple math.
