Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop ATE test programs and test hardware (load boards, probe cards) for silicon validation, characterization, and production testing of Fuse.
  • •Create and debug Fuse test routines on Teradyne (UltraFlex, J750) and Advantest (V93000, T2000) platforms.
  • •Support test development from pre-silicon validation through high-volume manufacturing ramp.
  • •Perform characterization across voltage, temperature, and PVT corners and produce detailed test reports.
  • •Automate test data collection and post-processing (e.g., Python/JMP), debug silicon issues, and drive root-cause analysis to optimize test time, yield, and cost.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 52,500 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of direct experience of Fuse testing or ATE development.
  • •Strong background in Integrated Voltage Regulator (IVR) testing and characterization with hands-on Teradyne or Advantest ATE platform expertise.
  • •Experience developing and debugging ATE test programs for production testing, including test coverage for advanced SoC and power management applications.
  • •Proficiency in automating and analyzing test data using tools such as Python, JMP, or equivalent.
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
