Job Summary

Lead production delivery for a game area by partnering with designers and tech peers to manage quality, scope, and timelines. Run your sub-team by prioritizing work, removing roadblocks, and decomposing long-term efforts into incremental plans. Drive workflows in Jira and related tools (including Flow), coordinate progress and risks with stakeholders, and align technical and design strategy to deliver features on time.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with design and tech peers to ensure quality and impact of group goals and deliverables.
•Become well versed in game features to run a sub-team and prioritize work with designers.
•Project manage your group: coordinate focus, prioritize and track progress, and remove roadblocks.
•Align with the Producer lead on structure and workflows in Jira and other project management tools such as Flow.
•Work with multi-disciplinary teams to establish, plan, and deliver short- and long-term goals, driving alignment and resolving ambiguity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 71,400 - 105,600 annually

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of game production experience.
•Completed at least one full game development cycle from pre-production to shipping.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on healthy team culture.
•Excellent project management capabilities including documentation, tracking, and visibility.
•Very strong experience with Jira and Flow / Shotgrid, including building/enhancing workflows and working with plug-ins.
•Project management training in Scrum or other agile framework
•Experience setting clear goals and planning/delivering features with cross-functional teams.
•Strong understanding of technical concepts to work effectively with engineers.
