Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage complex multi-project programme time schedules to ensure timely programme delivery.
  • •Act as coordination lead for outward-facing summary reports on programme progress, critical issues, impact, and mitigation.
  • •Provide interface and quality assurance for schedule performance tracking and reporting, including oversight of schedule tracking and monitoring.
  • •Analyse critical scheduling issues and deviations from baselines, highlight bottlenecks/delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • •Lead implementation support for integrated, cross-functional master schedules and coordinate creation of WBS/CBS aligned with programme execution plans.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years’ experience, including 5+ years within the aviation/transport industry.
  • •Strong experience scheduling technically complex, high-value infrastructure projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of scheduling principles, methods, techniques, and tools, including Primavera.
  • •Ability to coordinate and organize multiple schedule input/performance data sources into a master schedule and deliver status reports.
  • •Experience building critical path schedules, leading workshops/interviews, and defining progress reporting approaches with contractors.
