Job Summary

Lead hardware-level product engineering initiatives in Vietnam, focusing on board-level manufacturing quality. You will perform root-cause analysis, conduct failure analysis on board components, and drive corrective and preventive actions across cross-functional teams. You’ll design solutions, monitor effectiveness, share best practices, and guide manufacturing teams to reduce defects, improve yield, and scale production for global NVIDIA hardware programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and address recurring or long-standing manufacturing issues through comprehensive root cause analysis.
•Conduct detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine the root cause of defects and performance issues.
•Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve persistent production problems.
•Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to gather cross-functional input and develop effective solutions.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure long-term success.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering or Engineering Science/Physics
•5+ years’ experience in backend product manufacturing experiences of consumer or enterprise board level product
•Deep technical knowledge in Hardware of consumer or enterprise board level product and failure analysis
•Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
•Proficient in both English and Chinese language
