Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, measure, and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries and support construction projects.
  • •Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions, including daily/weekly/monthly reporting of survey coordinates and results.
  • •Determine longitudes/latitudes using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based GPS, ensuring at least 95% accuracy.
  • •Submit surveying reports with AutoCAD spatial files for quantity estimation, and provide the information to PM/CM/QS and other stakeholders.
  • •Train and supervise assistant land surveyors, ensure compliance with safety procedures and HSE initiatives, and support incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency in land surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and survey computations.
  • •Ability to determine longitudes/latitudes and record survey results including shape, contour, elevation, and dimensions.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; strong analytical, communication, and accuracy-focused skills.
