Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership across residential projects from design development through construction and handover.
  • •Coordinate between Development, Design, Delivery, Commercial, consultants, and contractors to deliver multidisciplinary outcomes.
  • •Review designs for constructability, technical compliance, value engineering, and delivery risk; manage stage gates and complex interface resolutions.
  • •Support procurement strategy, tendering, and technical evaluation of contractors and consultants.
  • •Oversee construction quality and approved design requirements, and lead testing, commissioning, snagging, defect closure, and technical handover readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of relevant project and technical delivery experience with significant leadership responsibility.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments (apartments, villas, and masterplanned communities).
  • •Experience across the full project lifecycle from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Demonstrable ability to manage multidisciplinary consultants/contractors and complex project interfaces.
