Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement security procedures and policies in coordination with government agencies and management personnel using clearance documentation.
  • •Maintain the master access control list and issue proximity badges; coordinate with other security professionals to update access records.
  • •Coordinate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for physical security and building access matters; document violations and submit concerns for resolution.
  • •Provide visitor greeting and badging, including issuing temporary badges and facilitating escorts while collecting badges when visitors depart.
  • •Monitor security cameras and handle alarm and building entry/locking procedures, including physical checks of entry control points and after-hours emergency response coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,767 - 96,706

Key Requirements

  • •An active DoD Secret clearance or interim Secret is required for consideration.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Industrial Security experience.
  • •Ability to walk around the exterior of the facility, stand for up to 30 minutes, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • •Flexibility to swing shifts to provide backup coverage.
