Key Responsibilities

•Architect, develop, and maintain Splunk core platform infrastructure components across multiple cloud providers.
•Architect and oversee the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of cloud-native applications, enhancing AWS-based services.
•Drive improvements in availability, performance, efficiency, and security through software deployment using Go, C++, Python, and Kubernetes.
•Apply distributed systems best practices including debugging, performance tuning, and reliability engineering for complex systems.
•Proactively monitor system health, lead incident response, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers in an agile environment.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience deploying critical cloud-native applications using innovative engineering approaches.
•Solid software engineering skills.
•Expertise managing SaaS and/or on-premises applications at scale, including containerized environments.
•Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) and associated service deployment and maintenance.
•Strong understanding of cloud-based database management systems, particularly Postgres, MySQL, and NoSQL technologies.
