Job Summary

Financial Analyst for SKELAR's Platform unit responsible for revenue analytics, data integrity, and driving actionable insights across revenue streams. You will work with raw data from payment systems and contracts, produce reliable P&L/Cash Flow reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve revenue metrics in a venture-building environment serving EdTech, mental health, petcare, and fashion tech domains.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in preparing revenue analytics and adjustments (refunds, chargebacks, discounts) with focus on data quality and accuracy
•Analyze revenue dynamics and deductions to identify key drivers of change and anomalies
•Provide practical recommendations to improve financial metrics and work with stakeholders across teams to implement changes
•Ensure accuracy of revenue and deductions reflected in financial reporting (P&L, cash flow)
•Work with raw data from multiple sources (payment systems, contracts, billing, internal systems) and reconcile/align data

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, audit, or consulting
•Proficient understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow)
•Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with large data handling
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
