Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead agentic AI systems end-to-end through iterative refinement, including design, security hardening, phased deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and user experiences, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Architect multi-agent systems with interoperability, security, scalability, and cost as primary design constraints.
  • •Define agent performance, accuracy, cost, and reliability benchmarks, and surface insights for decision-makers.

Key Requirements

  • •Use AI agents to direct open-ended, multi-step work and apply adversarial-validation patterns to prevent LLM groupthink in production systems.
  • •Integrate LLM-based solutions into production at scale using at least one agentic framework (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph, ADK) across agent lifecycle, tool use, memory, and orchestration.
  • •Production-quality Python with type hints, testing, and CI/CD discipline.
  • •Systems thinking and full-stack mindset, using REST APIs, automated testing, and gated rollouts (feature flags, staged UAT) to balance speed and safety.
