Job Summary

Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems that amplify consulting and internal operations. Own production AI tooling end-to-end—from architecture and security review to rollout, maintenance, and incident response. Key Responsibilities

•Lead agentic AI systems end-to-end through iterative refinement, including design, security hardening, phased deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
•Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and user experiences, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
•Architect multi-agent systems with interoperability, security, scalability, and cost as primary design constraints.
•Define agent performance, accuracy, cost, and reliability benchmarks, and surface insights for decision-makers.
•Own production incident response, maintain runbooks, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation across a broad service portfolio.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Use AI agents to direct open-ended, multi-step work and apply adversarial-validation patterns to prevent LLM groupthink in production systems.
•Integrate LLM-based solutions into production at scale using at least one agentic framework (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph, ADK) across agent lifecycle, tool use, memory, and orchestration.
•Production-quality Python with type hints, testing, and CI/CD discipline.
•Systems thinking and full-stack mindset, using REST APIs, automated testing, and gated rollouts (feature flags, staged UAT) to balance speed and safety.
•Working knowledge of AWS in multi-account environments (SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM) and experience integrating AI with Slack.
