Property Experience Manager

Lead Allianz’s workplace experience strategy across the UK property portfolio, creating engaging, customer-focused environments aligned to the “Future Fit Property” vision. Based primarily in Guildford with travel to other offices, you’ll set consistent workplace standards, act as the voice of the customer, drive engagement and change programmes, promote wellbeing and inclusion, and oversee service/supplier performance to deliver continuous improvement.
