Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store operations to profitability and efficiency in partnership with Operations & Visual Managers.
  • •Lead inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink; root-cause accuracy issues and escalate gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion visual standards and support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, evaluate performance using company tools, provide constant feedback, and lead opening/closing to BOH standards.
