Job Summary

Support end-to-end FP&A for the Performance Products division across the EMEA region, working closely with the FP&A Manager and senior stakeholders. Own monthly reporting and variance analysis, contribute to budgeting/forecasting and month-end close activities, and prepare performance insights for management meetings. Maintain and improve recurring Excel/Power BI dashboards and tools, perform ad hoc cost/pricing/volume analysis, and ensure data consistency through reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the full monthly FP&A cycle, including reports, variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast), and driver explanations.
•Manage and deliver standard reporting packages and financial schedules for management review.
•Support budgeting and forecasting by collecting, validating, and analyzing stakeholder inputs.
•Contribute to month-end close from an FP&A perspective, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
•Maintain and improve recurring reports/dashboards/tools and perform ad hoc analysis on costs, pricing, volumes, and business performance trends.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or consulting in a manufacturing environment (B2B).
•Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with financial data and models.
•Experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP, TM1/IBM, and Power BI.
•Strong stakeholder management, communication, and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
