Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full monthly FP&A cycle, including reports, variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast), and driver explanations.
  • •Manage and deliver standard reporting packages and financial schedules for management review.
  • •Support budgeting and forecasting by collecting, validating, and analyzing stakeholder inputs.
  • •Contribute to month-end close from an FP&A perspective, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • •Maintain and improve recurring reports/dashboards/tools and perform ad hoc analysis on costs, pricing, volumes, and business performance trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or consulting in a manufacturing environment (B2B).
  • •Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with financial data and models.
  • •Experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP, TM1/IBM, and Power BI.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
