Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and deploy Extended Enterprise solutions with end-to-end accountability across the product lifecycle, developing and operating to meet SLA requirements.
  • •Lead end-to-end Extended Enterprise business projects, change requests, and demand management to deliver complete solutions to suppliers, partners, customers, and users.
  • •Provide business consulting support for defining externalized activities and associated use cases.
  • •Support Extended Enterprise solutions design, including supporting the solution during business requirement definition and supporting delivery of POCs.
  • •Ensure run activities such as monitoring/service continuity, incident/request/change and demand management, escalation management, and portfolio harmonization with stakeholders.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
  • •Strong IT background with 5 to 10 years’ experience in an IT operational environment, ensuring integration on the IT landscape.
  • •Good understanding of business requirements with a customer-service orientation and focus on quality deliverables.
  • •Partner and subcontractor management with strong stakeholder management and alignment to customer expectations and needs.
  • •Experience working in agile mode, with analyze and problem-solving skills.
