Key Requirements

  • •Have personally owned water and wastewater infrastructure for industrial or data center projects from site selection through construction across multiple concurrent sites.
  • •Negotiate water supply and wastewater agreements with local utilities and authorities, closing deals where volume, rights, or infrastructure access was complex.
  • •Track water policy, legal rights, and regulatory changes across active US markets and anticipate how state rules or permit conditions will affect sites.
  • •Work with NPDES permits, industrial pre-treatment permits, or decentralized wastewater systems in a US context and navigate permitting without outside guidance.
  • •Coordinate across development, engineering, design, construction, and operations on water issues while keeping open items visible and moving.
  • •Write clearly enough to create an external water narrative for customers or regulators and close commercial negotiations with water authorities.
