Own water and wastewater infrastructure strategy across a portfolio of data center sites—from site assessment and water rights diligence through supply agreements, permitting, and construction. Assess water supply risk and feasibility pre-lease, negotiate agreements with utilities and local authorities, and drive compliance with withdrawal limits, NPDES/pre-treatment permits, and end-user flow terms. Coordinate across Development through Operations to keep water timelines from gating builds.
