Lead and mentor the Grow squad as a senior content design leader, shaping vision and strategy for across Wise’s Grow product area, delivering high-impact, globally aware content experiences. You’ll coach three content designers, collaborate cross-functionally, raise design quality, and drive a customer-centric approach across markets during a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with your design, product and engineering partners to lead the squad, set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver it
•Work on the highest impact projects in the squad, setting direction for upcoming work
•Support designers in planning and prioritising the highest-impact work
•Use your design leadership skills to up-level quality, maturity and alignment across the Grow squad
•Build systems that help the squad bring the product to new markets, balancing a global vision with local nuance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 131,000 - 157,000 annually

•Experience leading cross-functional design teams, including research and product design
•Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity and successfully leading groups in this environment
