Job Summary

Lead and oversee the development and execution of MAF Retail’s regional marketing strategy, aligned to corporate vision and customer insights. Own integrated marketing initiatives spanning brand management, digital channels, customer experience, CRM, loyalty, and omnichannel campaigns. Use analytics and business intelligence to guide planning and performance. Manage agencies/media teams, define messaging frameworks, and optimize regional marketing budgets while building team capability.

•Manage regional marketing budget, media mix/agency relationships, and team capability through development plans and performance management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
•10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
•5+ years within a retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused environment.
•Regional or multi-country marketing experience is an advantage, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
