Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic and tactical engagements with large enterprise customers to build and grow value from ValueOps portfolio planning and agile management solutions.
  • •Align value with strategic customers and develop relationships across customer and partner IT and business silos.
  • •Identify and lead adoption activities, including maintaining opportunity, engagement, and adoption information.
  • •Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions and present solution and adoption roadmaps.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure technology, architecture, and roadmap consistency; manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 10+ years in a technology or business discipline.
  • •Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio).
  • •Understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
  • •Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions.
  • •Strong presentation and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
