Job Summary

Executive Search Associates support the recruiting lifecycle for senior roles by researching industries, mapping executive talent, developing search strategies, and assisting with client and candidate communications. You’ll work with Consultants across the globe, learn the industry, and contribute to both research and business development within a collaborative, ethics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct industry-specific and client company research, map the executive talent landscape, and bring market insights to the table.
•Assist Consultants in developing position specifications and a focused search strategy.
•Support in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for prospective and current clients.
•Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest, obtain referrals, and gather market intelligence and feedback.
•Assist Consultants in conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications against position specifications.
•Manage candidate relationships throughout the life cycle of the search and keep Consultants updated on progress.
•Collaborate across stakeholders to develop productive relationships and contribute to firm, practice, and office initiatives.
•Maintain accuracy, quality, and integrity of Search information in internal and external tools; manage status reports for presentations to Clients and Consultants.
•Handle multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality results on time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 105,000

Key Requirements

•3-4 years’ professional experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
•An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
•Exhibits skill and developing mastery of professional communications, displaying adeptness in writing, articulating, and delivering information with confidence and impact.
•Developing the ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and candidates, and beginning to understand techniques to influence and build positive relationships.
•Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is strongly preferred.
