Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage financial planning and analysis for internal Enterprise Risk organizations.
  • •Partner with leadership and business teams to assess financial implications of efforts and investments.
  • •Conduct budgeting, forecasting, financial management reporting, and variance analysis of operating expenses.
  • •Build and deliver data-driven, story-driven presentations to senior audiences.
  • •Independently coordinate workstreams and deliverables, and enable continuous improvements across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial modeling.
  • •At least 1 year of experience managing an FP&A function.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Finance.
  • •Preferred: CFA or CPA license, and people management experience.
