Job Summary

Support the Fair and Responsible Banking (FaRB) Program within Corporate Compliance as part of the second line of defense. Partner cross-functionally to review business practices and customer-facing processes, assess fair lending and UDAP/UDAAP risks, identify emerging issues, and provide practical, actionable guidance. Use data and reporting to spot observations and trends, communicate risk insights, and help drive alignment and a consistent, scalable approach to FaRB risk management.

•Execute the FaRB Program and contribute to governance and oversight of fair lending and UDAP/UDAAP risks.

•Use data and reporting to identify observations and trends and communicate clear, actionable risk insights.
•Collaborate with partners across the organization to promote alignment and a consistent, scalable approach to FaRB risk management.

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate risk insights.
