Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, including purchasing and invoicing.
  • •Order, manage, and coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers; communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment.
  • •Interact with customers to answer questions about parts availability and fulfill parts orders.
  • •Prepare parts quotes and confirm invoice accuracy.
  • •Coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules to ensure parts are available for rental equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of Excel and the use of spreadsheets.
  • •Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is preferred, plus budgeting experience.
  • •Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • •Active applicable state class driver's license with a clean driving record; must own tools applicable to the position and pass a 10-panel drug screen.
