•Lead, mentor, hire, nurture, and develop a team of high-performing software engineers.

•Create clarity around team priorities, roles, responsibilities, expectations, and success measures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
•10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on development and production software delivery.
•2-4 years of experience in engineering leadership, people management, or technical team leadership.
•Strong hands-on background in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express or similar modern web application development.
•Experience with AWS cloud services and exposure to serverless architectures; experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins and Argo CD.
