Event Specialist

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including summits, team-building activities, and celebrations. Own end-to-end event project delivery from conception through execution by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Source and manage vendors, venues, and merchandise to ensure quality and brand consistency, while coordinating with internal stakeholders. Measure event success through feedback and post-event analysis, and support routine operational event administration.
