Key Responsibilities

•Own the NAM Wise Platform pricing framework and evolve it as new partners/products are onboarded and the NAM team grows.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with the GM of NAM, sales and delivery teams to align pricing with business goals.
•Collaborate with pricing analytics and the wider pricing/corporate teams to ensure accurate unit economics allocations in NAM pricing models.
•Lead commercial modelling and discussions for new and existing key accounts to ensure sustainable pricing.
•Oversee the reprice process across NAM based on outputs from the Pricing Model and implement pricing controls within governance framework.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years experience in Finance, Pricing or Deal Desk supporting a large Sales team with complex deals and price-cost relationships.
•Minimum 7 years experience building commercial models and self-serving tools for sales to quantify price impact.
•Strong communication and influencing skills in fast-paced environments.
•Experience building visualization dashboards (Looker and Superset).
•B2B commercial experience and proactive problem-solving mindset
