Lead Software Engineer, Agentic Engineering

Build and lead delivery of production AI-agent workstreams for a banking platform where specialized agents compose across domains like policy, ITSM, network security, cloud, and source code. Own designs, standards, shared messaging/tooling services, and hands-on coding to keep agents accurate, cost-efficient, and within guardrails. Mentor engineers, run rigorous testing/evaluation/observability, and translate architectural direction into shippable increments.
