Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program controls frameworks, methodologies, policies, and governance processes across multiple projects and programs.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of program budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, earned value performance, and key project performance indicators.
  • •Establish and maintain program and project baselines to measure scope, schedule, cost, progress, and performance.
  • •Direct portfolio-wide cost and schedule forecasting and lead monthly business reviews and executive reporting, including variance analysis and trend assessment.
  • •Oversee project controls personnel and lead change control governance, risk mitigation, compliance/audit activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 10 years of progressive experience in project controls, program controls, cost management, planning, scheduling, project management, or PMO leadership.
  • •Experience leading project controls across large-scale capital projects, infrastructure, data centers, energy, engineering, construction, or technology programs.
  • •Advanced expertise in cost management, forecasting and budgeting, schedule management, Earned Value Management, risk management, performance measurement, portfolio reporting, and change control.
  • •Strong knowledge of project finance, accounting principles, cash flow management, accruals, and cost-to-complete methodologies.
