Store Manager – Supermarket

Lead day-to-day supermarket operations to deliver exceptional service and drive commercial performance. Own store strategy execution, sales/profitability and operational metrics, and ensure strong inventory and merchandising standards, including stock availability, pricing consistency, and waste/shrinkage reduction. Partner with merchandising and department leaders, ensure health & safety and hygiene compliance, and coach and develop the team through training and performance management.
