Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve customer support requests and troubleshoot assigned products via phone, email, and technical databases.
  • •Provide operational support to Flexrotor customers, operators, service centers, and UAS/uncrewed system operators, coordinating with Engineering on improvements and procedures.
  • •Lead and manage the technical support team, including mentoring, performance reviews, cross-training, and workload planning.
  • •Manage documentation and technical deliverables, including service bulletins, modification requests, configurations, and technical event/fault analyses.
  • •Evaluate repair recommendations, analyze technical data and service trends, and respond to urgent requests during off-hours; support demos and technical presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors’ degree in software, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in Aerospace, UAS, Software, or related industry.
  • •Proficient in basic electrical and complex mechanical skills, with strong product knowledge.
  • •Ability to read and interpret drawings (blueprints), engineering documentation, and FAA regulations with respect to helicopters.
  • •Must be able to work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
