Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and provide leadership by training, coaching, giving performance feedback, recruiting, and supporting employee development.
  • •Coordinate source of supply with commodity management to identify, negotiate, and maintain sources that meet manufacturing schedules.
  • •Assist with developing S&OP/SIOP plans and manage material flow to ensure plan realization.
  • •Maintain forecasting in the ERP system and own master scheduling to meet customer requirements and 95% promise date service level.
  • •Prepare annual department budgets and manage raw materials/piece parts to meet inventory turn objectives while maintaining accurate ERP data and supplier relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in purchasing, production control, materials management, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for materials planning, inventory management, and purchasing.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work cross-functionally.
