•Manage, develop and support a large team of Senior Education Support Administrators and Education Support Administrators.
•Develop and deliver a compliant, accurate administration service that consistently meets quality and delivery standards.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of University regulations, policies and procedures and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
•Recruit and develop staff, ensuring adequate training and understanding of regulations, processes and systems.
•Review, audit and analyse programme and student data, using insights to propose improvements and represent the service at relevant committees.
