Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic HR and People Operations initiatives across corporate, manufacturing, and shared services functions.
  • •Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans; facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive accountability.
  • •Manage interdependencies across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Communications, and business functions while monitoring project health and mitigating risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
