Job Summary

Provide analytical support for underwriting and analyzing commercial credit facilities, supporting assigned commercial and corporate lending relationships. Conduct financial statement spreading, prepare credit approval documentation in the commercial loan system, and create/update loan requests, modifications, renewals, and annual reviews. Monitor covenants and borrower/guarantor performance, perform industry research, and partner with Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to maintain credit quality and prepare approvals.

•Interpret financial statements and provide financial analysis support for underwriting complex C&I and commercial real estate loans.
•Complete financial statement spreading and financial analysis documents; update/create loan requests and manage modifications, renewals, and annual reviews in the bank’s commercial loan system.
•Track and complete covenant monitoring and perform industry research while developing understanding of the commercial loan policy.
•Analyze and prepare credit approval documentation, accurately reflecting loan terms, collateral, covenants, loan grade inputs, policy exceptions, and credit exposure calculations.
•Partner with Portfolio Managers to monitor assigned commercial loan portfolios and participate in relationship team meetings and internal/external credit discussions.

•1–2 years of experience related to Financial Services, Banking, Credit Analysis, or Loan Review.

•Fundamental understanding of general bank operations and the commercial lending process.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
