Define and execute the macro top-of-funnel growth strategy and build a world-class Growth Product organization. Own the end-to-end user acquisition journey—from website experience and registration through regulated KYC/AML verification, first deposit, and conversion. Lead continuous experimentation and conversion optimization (A/B testing), drive ROI-driven prioritization with cross-functional partners, and oversee delivery for scalable growth initiatives across product, design, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and scale a high-performing Growth organization across Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing, and Website Teams.
•Own the long-term growth vision and product roadmap across acquisition touchpoints, including regulated verification and referral loops.
•Establish continuous experimentation practices, including drop-off diagnostics and conversion optimization frameworks, to scale A/B testing.
•Partner with GM, Engineering leadership, Organic Growth, Performance Marketing, and regional managers to make ROI-driven backlog decisions.
•Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for the growth domain, translating opportunities into architecture, feature specs, and rapid deployments with Engineering and Design.
