Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Business or Finance (or equivalent), plus 2 years of accounting experience; or A/AS with 4 years; or HSD/GED with 6 years.
  • •Construction project accounting experience and experience with construction financial documentation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • •Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently with ownership of processes.
  • •Preferred: experience with CMiC or Textura.
