Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell VIP upgrades (e.g., Premium Seats, Priority Entry, and other premium upgrade products) to concert patrons.
  • •Handle VIP inquiry-to-payment processing and support experience fulfillment.
  • •Check in and escort VIP guests, anticipating needs throughout the venue visit to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Recognize industry executives and VIP clients and build strong relationships.
  • •Coordinate nightly VIP operations and execute VIP setup including check-in, VIP seating areas, tabletop personalization, and VIP area signage as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and high-end guest relations.
  • •Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
  • •Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • •Must be flexible to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
