Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee quality and workmanship across engineering construction activities (Civil, Architectural, Structural) and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
  • •Manage the project QA/QC document set including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, and permanent materials documentation.
  • •Develop and determine inspection and testing standards and oversee testing methods to maintain quality across processes.
  • •Ensure QA/QC plans, approved method statements, approved test plans, and approved drawings are current and followed; remove superseded documents from site.
  • •Prepare WIRs, conduct/manage site inspections, drive corrective actions to avoid rejection, ensure 90% of inspections pass on first submission, and maintain monthly quality report records (including toolbox briefings and inspection results).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Professional qualification in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
  • •Strong knowledge of work standards, specifications, and quality systems such as ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSI, BSEN, ACI, and AASHTO.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, and Primavera; ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) and ability to read drawings and specifications.
