Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
•Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.
•Adhere to quality standards to ensure product quality and Food Safety by following GMPs, SOPs and Kraft Heinz specifications.
•Prepare departmental costs and variances with regard to productivity, long-range planning, labor scheduling, raw materials, packaging, and sanitation.
•Organize and facilitate production line activities to ensure conformance to quality, safety, productivity and cost targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 151,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, or related degree is strongly preferred.
•5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
•5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
•Experience adhering to GMP, SOPs, and Kraft Heinz specifications to ensure product quality and food safety.
•Ability to manage departmental costs and variances across productivity, scheduling, materials, and sanitation.
