Key Responsibilities

  • •Vous transportez les clients dans les meilleures conditions de confort et de sécurité en respectant les horaires et les itinéraires.
  • •Vous assurez la relation clientèle en accueillant les passagers avec courtoisie et professionnalisme et en répondant à leurs besoins.
  • •Vous informez les clients en cas de changement sur le parcours (déviation, arrêt non desservi, etc.).
  • •Vous vendez les titres de transport à bord et encaissez les paiements avec exactitude, en gérant le fond de caisse et en luttant contre la fraude.
  • •Vous vérifiez l’état du véhicule et assurez le respect du code de la route et de la réglementation du transport de personnes.

Key Requirements

  • •Permis D, Carte de Qualification Conducteur (CQC) ou FIMO et carte chronotachygraphe à jour
  • •Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • •Bon calcul mental
  • •Ponctuel(le), autonome et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du contact
  • •Capacité à rejoindre le dépôt par vos propres moyens
