Job Summary

Build and lead the partnership and adoption strategy for Skylight’s major program services, working with Program Lead guidance. Manage the partnerships team, mentor geographically diverse remote teammates, and drive priorities while serving as the program’s primary external face through regular travel. Champion adoption and impact using platform usage, surveys, and market analyses, maintaining key contractor relationships, and coordinating with Legal and Communications on partnerships, deliverables, and policy work.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the partnership and adoption strategy in collaboration with Program Lead guidance, contributing to overall program strategy.
•Lead strategy for major program services, including Joint Analytical Cell work, commercial data delivery, certification courses, and virtual training sessions.
•Manage the partnerships team by driving day-to-day priorities, mentoring team members, and unblocking issues.
•Monitor and champion metrics for adoption, value, and impact using platform usage, surveys, and market analyses.
•Maintain primary contractor business relationships and partner with Legal and Communications on deliverables, cost-recovery, policy updates, and media outreach.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of partnership development experience with governments and nonprofits, preferably delivering technology products.
•5+ years managing teams of 5+ people, preferably geographically diverse and remote.
•Proven experience driving adoption through creative outreach, targeted industry entry points, or platform partnerships.
•A strong passion for marine conservation.
•Preferably an academic background in computer science, environmental science/policy, remote sensing/geospatial studies, or business applied to social good.
