Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations, technology, or a related product or operational function
  • •3+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

  • •Strong product management skills across strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, requirements, and measuring outcomes
