Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional annual manufacturing fixed cost budgeting, ensuring accuracy, rationality, and alignment to global targets.
  • •Own monthly regional rolling forecasts and cost trend analysis for fixed and variable cost performance.
  • •Perform high-level monthly analysis of cost variances and deliver value-added business insights.
  • •Execute end-to-end manufacturing controlling activities, including monthly cost center controlling, accrual booking support, cost allocation cycle management, and period-end closing support.
  • •Monitor production and maintenance order variances, validate standard cost reasonableness and standard calculations, and ensure SOX/MC&A and internal control compliance across Asia sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • •Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing finance, costing controlling, or business analysis in multinational manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structure, BOM/recipe, industrial overhead logic, and end-to-end budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Intermediate to advanced SAP knowledge (FI/CO) and experience with Business Warehouse.
  • •Fluent English and advanced Excel skills for cross-region analysis and reporting.
