Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coordinate, and coach a team of Systems Administrators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and consistent output quality.
  • •Manage workload and prioritize across competing demands while ensuring SLA compliance and team performance delivery.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure (including servers and Proxmox), and execute upgrades with minimal downtime.
  • •Design and manage cloud network environments across GCP, OCI, and Azure (including VPC/subnets/peering/firewall rules) and administer routing, load balancing, and security (VLANs/VPNs/VPN gateways).
  • •Build and maintain automation and monitoring (n8n, scripting, Terraform/Ansible, Prometheus/Grafana/Nagios) and oversee AI tools and unified communications (xCALLY PBX).
