Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coordinate, and coach a team of Systems Administrators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and consistent output quality.
•Manage workload and prioritize across competing demands while ensuring SLA compliance and team performance delivery.
•Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure (including servers and Proxmox), and execute upgrades with minimal downtime.
•Design and manage cloud network environments across GCP, OCI, and Azure (including VPC/subnets/peering/firewall rules) and administer routing, load balancing, and security (VLANs/VPNs/VPN gateways).
•Build and maintain automation and monitoring (n8n, scripting, Terraform/Ansible, Prometheus/Grafana/Nagios) and oversee AI tools and unified communications (xCALLY PBX).

•Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of proven experience in systems administration, infrastructure, or network engineering roles.

•Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, GCP/Azure/OCI cloud, Linux) are highly desirable.
•Advanced proficiency with Active Directory/Directory as a Service and Linux/Unix administration.
